Mr. Luzim began his mediation apprenticeship and career with Mediation, Inc. and continued with that group for 22 years. The members of Mediation, Inc. conducted well over 150,000 mediation conferences on cases pending in the trial courts and appellate courts of Florida during its 27 years of operation.
In late 2013, Mr. Luzim, along with 20 other seasoned mediators, moved his mediation practice to Mediation Firm, Inc. He has personally led more than 825 mediation conferences during his 23 years as a trial court mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court.
Advanced training - Litigation Risk Analysis by Mark Victor
Advanced Divorce Mediation Course, Florida State University Center for Professional Development. This course gives 16 hours of CLE credit to lawyers.
Insurance Mediation Training, Florida Dispute Management, Inc. An eight-hour course approved by the Florida Supreme Court.
"Circuit Train-the-Trainer" Program, Center for Dispute Resolution.
Family and Circuit Civil Mediation Training, Florida Dispute Management, Inc. Two (2) forty-hour courses for certification as a "Family Mediator" and a "Circuit Civil Mediator".
